さて、YouTubeを見てたらこんな動画を発見。

Dave Wecklという超高名なジャズドラマーのビデオなんだけど。
思いっきり英語（字幕なし）で、不親切極まりない動画ですが('A`)
まぁそこはグッと堪えて鑑賞して見てください。
この３つの中でフリーグリップとモーラーについて事細かに解説してて。
ちょっと興味があったんで、一生懸命見て見た訳です。
簡単に説明すると
フリーグリップ→中指と親指で支点を作り人差し指でガイド
モーラー→フィンガーショットとリストショットを上手く使う
って感じ。
早速やってみた(・∀・)
まずは今までの通り、親指と人差し指で支点を作りシングルストローク。
動画を見ても分かる通り、かなり肩に力が入ってる。
しかも粒が粗い('A`)
実際、このスピードまで上げるのはちょっと無理がありました(´・ω・`)
そこでフリーグリップの登場ですよ。
明らかにさっきの奴より粒が揃ってるし音量も出てる。
さらに、俺の場合肘を開く癖があるのでわかりにくいかもしれないけれど、これ全く肩＆腕に力が入ってないんよね。
全くのリラックス状態でこの速さまで上げられました。
ヲイヲイ、凄くないかこれ（ﾟДﾟ;）
と言う訳で試しにダブルストロークもやってみた。
まずは従来通りの人差し指＆親指でのダブルから。
PCのメールの着信音が鳴ってるのはご愛嬌ｗｗｗ
軌道が不安定＆高さも一定じゃないから粒が粗い(ﾉд`)
今まで思いっきりごまかしてる部分が、がっつり露見してます('A`)
んでもって今度はフリーグリップ。
ガイドがあるお陰で両手とも軌道が安定してるし、リバウンドも良好。
何と言っても一打一打が大きいので粒も揃って聞こえる。
多少不安定だけど、今日初めてやったグリップとは思えない安定度。
そして心なしか、こっちの方がノリが良いｗ(ﾟ∀ﾟ)
何だか目から鱗が出たよ｡･ﾟ･(ﾉД`)･ﾟ･｡
ドラムを始めて早○年。
今更こんな革新的な出会いがあるとは思わなかったｗｗｗ
