おいらはこの季節になると毎年腰が危険な状態になるのです(・∀・;)
医者の話だとＳ字を描いているべき背骨が？字になってるせいらしいんだが。
まぁ先天的なものなので仕方ないけどね。
どーもこの身体はイマイチ上手く出来てない(´・ω・`)
関節も全身的に弱いしね。
関節というよりは腱か。
いつでも外れます(・∀・)ｂ
人並み以上にあるのは筋肉くらいかな。
お陰で昔から運動は得意でしたよ(`・ω・´)
長時間は動けないけどね(;´Д`)
そんな訳で、この寒空の中、今日はマスタリングをしてきます。
マスタリングはＣＤ制作過程の中での最終工程の１つ。
工場で言えば企画→設計と来て、金型を作る段階に当たる。
後はプレスだね。
足掛け２年半の超大作。
