ちょいとばかし。
まぁ俺もご多聞に漏れずmixiなんぞをやってる訳ですが( ´ω`)
さて、そのmixiで昨日今日となにやら騒がしい動きが。
と言うのも利用規約変更により、ユーザーの投稿全てにおいて著作権、および著作隣接権をmixiに移譲する的な改変があったみたいなんですな。
当然、多くのユーザーがこれに反抗。
mixi退会する人がザクザク出てくるわ、株価は10万円下がるわでmixiも大変ですね。
ま、当然だけど( ´_ゝ`)
さて、この騒ぎを俺はボーっと眺めてて思ったんだけど。
この規約改定に反対する人の多くが口にするのは
「日記を無断で書籍化して儲ける気か！！」
って事なんだけど、まぁ待て。
自分の日記をよーく思い返してみりゃ分かるが、お前の文章が売れるのかとｗ
少なくとも俺の日記に関しては絶対売れない。
誰が読んでも面白いものではないし。
そもそもね、mixi側にもメリットがなさ過ぎる。
現状1300万ユーザーを抱えるmixi。
その中のアクティブ率が67％だから大体900万人位が中の人がいる訳だ。
この人達のうち半分が一日に1回日記書いたとして、450万件の日記が毎日UPされてる。
そんなのどうやって監視するんだよｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗｗ
その人件費を払って、殆ど石の中から玉を探し出すってのはどう考えても割に合わない。
だからあなたの日記が書籍化されることはまずないと思いますよ。
さて、ではなぜこんな意味の分からん事を言い出したのか。
今日になってmixi側から声明が出されたけれど、その内容ははっきり言ってお粗末。
ってか、どう好意的に受け取っても言い訳にしか聞こえない。
やっぱり俺はmixiはある程度、人の文章で金儲けする気があったと思う。
じゃなきゃ、こんな権利に関係する重要な変更をひっそりとお知らせで済ませようとはしないだろうし。
じゃあそのソースはどこから引っ張ってくるのか？
それはコミュニティなんじゃね？と思う。
先日も問題になったけど。
内容がなんだったかイマイチ覚えてないけど、確か恋愛絡みのコミュニティで「ダメな男特集」的なトピックスがあり、その内容に目をつけた出版社がその書き込みを出版化したんだけど、その時問題になったのは、コミュニティにおける書き込みの著作権の所在。
普通に考えれば書き込んだ本人が所有してしかるべきものだが、どういう理屈かそれらの著作権は管理人が所有し、出版に当たる印税も当該管理人が授受したと。
それに怒ったコミュニティ住人が続々退会したってな話があった。
事実は小説より奇なりって言葉の通り、世の中には面白い事が沢山起きてる。
それが創作ではなく実際にあった話となればそれだけで興味を引くし、実際売れる。
しかもこれなら話題になってるトピックスをチェックするだけで良いんだから払うべき労力も低い。
実際mixiが狙ってたのはこんな所なんじゃないかな。
まぁ予想外(?)の反発を食らってその狙いも外れたわけだが（ ´,_ゝ｀）
小金稼ぐために結果的にもっと大きなもん(=信頼)を失ったmixi。
これからどう言う動きになるのか、非常に楽しみですね(・∀・)ﾆﾔﾆﾔ
