今日のニュース。
どうやら自民党の中川さんを筆頭に「タバコを一箱１０００円に」って言う超党派議連が発足したそうだ。
ヲイヲイ。。
嗜好品を「薬理学的依存を有する刺激物質」と定義した場合、日本で合法的な嗜好品と言えば酒とタバコ。
これら中毒性のある物質を多量に含んでいるにもかかわらず、何故かその他の物質と一線を画して合法化されている。
その事の是非はこの際置いといて。
んで、今回の増税に関して率直な感想は「また取り易い所から取るつもりかぁ？」と。
別に俺が喫煙者だから思う訳じゃないんだけどさ。
今日本人の喫煙人口って成人の４〜５０％位？
って事は約半分だ。
それに対して飲酒人口は？
統計見た事ないけど、少なくとも喫煙人口よりは格段に多いのは想像出来る。
酒税増やすと反対多いから、じゃあタバコでって言う意図が見え見え過ぎて正直萎えるわ。。
中川さんは今回の増税によって消費税の増税を食い止めようとか言ってるらしいが。
マジでね、何言ってんだと。
ある調査によれば、タバコの値段が５００円を超えたあたりから極端に喫煙人口が減るだろう事が分かってる。
って事はだよ、１０００円にしたら税収UPどころかむしろ下がるだろ。
そんな状態でどうやって消費税分を補おうと言うのか。
そもそも、順番が逆じゃね？とも思う。
お金足りないよ→じゃあ収入（＝税収）増やそうって小学生じゃないんだから。
普通だったらお金足りないよ→じゃあ支出減らそうじゃないの？
何か不足が起きた時に環境の変化にソリューションを求める前に、まずは自分がいる環境内に於いて出来る事をやってからだと思うんだが。

既得権益。
マジね、これ最強。
バファリンの半分は優しさで出来てますが、役人（議員含む）の８割は既得権益で出来てますよ（多分）。
ってな冗談はさておき。
ホントにタバコは１０００円になった場合、最も被害を食らうのは我々喫煙者よりも生産者。
世の中にタバコが出回ってるって事は、当然タバコを栽培する事で生計を立ててる人もいる訳で。
タバコ１０００円になりました、タバコ売れません、だから生産調整入れますってなった時、一体何人ものタバコ生産者達が首を括る羽目になるのか？
中川さんはそこまでちゃんと考えてるのかね？
俺には到底そう思えないが。
前にも言ったかも知れないが、全世界的なこの嫌煙ブームを見てて思うのは、今までタバコ吸ってなかった人たちは随分と虐げられてきた気持ちでいたんだろうなぁって事。
正直ね、ちょっと異常だよ。
何つーか、一言で言えばヒステリック。
某大学で教鞭取ってる有名フェミニストみたいだ。
そりゃ気持ちは分からなくはないが。
押さえつけられてた反動が有るのは分かるけど、短絡的にタバコ＝悪って言われてもなぁ。
あ、そうそう。
もう１つ増税に関して思ったんだ。
先ほどから何度も出てる中川さん、彼は実は喫煙者。
じゃあ何故喫煙者であるはずの彼がこんな事を言い出せるのか？
それはさ、多分タバコが一箱３００円だろうと１０００円だろうと彼には関係ないんだろうね。
彼が得ている収入からしてみれば微々たるものなんだろうって事。
そう言う基準でしか見てないから、こんな無責任な事が言える訳で。
ホントやれやれだわ。。
最後にもう一つトリビア。
今JRってあるじゃんね？鉄道会社の。
あの会社の前身が国鉄だったってのはご存知でしょうが、じゃあ何故民営化されたのか？
それは経営不振による負債が溜まりに溜まってどうしようもなくなったから、負債なしの状態でもう一度やり直したいッスってなって、晴れて民営化した訳なんだけど、じゃあその負債はどうなったか知ってる？
実はもう完済されてるんだよ。
まぁ当然のように僕らの血税がそこに補填されている訳だが、そのお金の出所は実はタバコ税。
これは意外と知られていない事実なんじゃないかと。
本来的には受益者負担の考えがあるはずの税なんだけど。
何だかホントにおかしいね。
高齢者が増えてアップアップなのはよくわかるけどさ。
短絡的かつ超短期的視点にしか基づかない税政策なんて、糞食らえだよ。
俺らの税金抜き取って高給もらってるなら、もうちょい脳みそ使えって話。
珍しく真面目な話でした。

自分は増税賛成です。
今までが安すぎに感じます。
アメリカやイギリスではタバコ一箱１０００円近くするしね。
吸わない人からすれば害以外の何者ではないし
マナーの無い喫煙者が多いし・・・・
増税しても買う人は買うし
農家と業者もそれほど痛手にはならないでしょう。
タバコを辞める人も増えて健康的な人が増えると良いのでは。
タバコ税を上げれば消費税の増税をしなくてすむのであれば
良い話なんだけど。

個人的な意見だけど、欧米の値段ってあんま関係ないんじゃないかな。
あっちが高いから日本も高くて良いってのは、なんか凄く乱暴な論理な気がする。
値段が上がった分のいくらかでも農家とかに配分されるならあんま関係ないだろね。
でも現実、そんな甘い汁はどこにもない訳で、結果的に生産量が減る事は直で収入減になると。
国がある特定の業種に関してこう言った制限を設けるのって基本的には健全ではないと思う。
米や牛乳の生産調整しかり。
今回の増税は年金の国庫負担増加に伴う支出を補う為の物だけれど、お金が足らなくなりました→じゃあ増税しようじゃ根本的な解決にはならない。
恐らく将来的な消費税の増税は避けられないしね。
今回タバコ税に白羽の矢がたったのは、今消費税を増税したら福田内閣が保たないからって理由のみなので、政権が力を取り戻したら大手を振って消費税を増税してくる事だろう。
それこそ「欧米ではもっと高い」と言ってね。
取り易い所から取る、昔から変わらないね。
政治家にはもうちょい頑張ってほしいもんだ。

毎日1000円どころかどうやって100円浮かせようかなんて考えたりする毎日なのに。。。
ちなみに私は喫煙者ではありませんが増税には反対ですよ。
おたくらがのられてるクラウンやらの高級車うっちゃえよ
軽四のれよ。
残業しなかったら給料１５万もない人たちの気持ち考えたことないだろ。
たすぽもつくったし自動販売機は11時くらいから使えないし。。。

タバコの増税、いい加減にして欲しいものですね。
タバコは確かに健康に良くない、これはわかっています。
マナーが悪く迷惑をかけている方が多いのも事実でしょう。
だからといって、１箱を急に1000円とは！一体何を馬鹿な！と言った感じです。だいたい動機が不純！健康のためだとかすり替える馬鹿な政治家もいるし、いい加減にして欲しいですね。
正直、上がるのは仕方ないと思っていますよ、嫌だけど。だからと言って、
1000円はないでしょ！一般的なサラリーマンの月額のお小遣いわかっています？１日に１箱しか吸わない人で１ヵ月３万円！２箱で６万円！これってあり得ますかね！90%の方が止めるって言う意見もあるようですけど、これは本当にそうなるでしょうね。ならざるを得ないですよ！
モノにはすべて限度って言うものがありますよ。
確かに日本のタバコは安いでしょう、だからと言って、いきなり海外の例を出すのはいかがなものでしょうか？
何事もそうですけど、段階を踏むって必要ではないでしょうか？
もし、本当に健康のことを考えて何て言うのならば、いっそのこと法律で禁煙にして欲しいくらいですね。
それともうひとつ、だったらお酒も増税してもいいんじゃないですか？
お酒はタバコ程害というものはありませんが、でも、もしなかったら
当然の事、飲酒運転だってなくなるはずですよ。
別に酒税をあげろといってるわけじゃないんですが
1000円っていうのは、どう見てもおかしい以外の何ものでもないですよね。どうなんでしょう？もし1000円にして、税収が下がったら、安くするんでしょうかね？値上げ賛成の方々も、そうなった場合、タバコの税収が減ったので負担して下さいと言われたら、ハイ、わかりましたと言って納得してくれるのでしょうか？

その意味で今回のタバコ税増税はちょっと違うかなぁと。
増えた分の税金は年金に充てる訳だからね。
年金に使うんだったら、年金を受給する人（需給予定の人）達がお金を払うべきであって、一部の人達（＝喫煙者）のみがその負担を負う今回の増税は明らかに間違ってる訳です。
まぁそんな事を言ったら、タバコ税で支払った国鉄の赤字もだいぶアレな感じなんですが('A`)
タバコを1000円にすると、タバコの喫煙という習慣自体に贅沢性がかなり付与されますよね。
ある程度生活に余裕がないとタバコを吸う事は難しくなる訳だから。
だったら、もし1000円にするんだったら飯屋とかの喫煙席をもっとVIPルームにしてくんねぇかなとか思ってますｗｗｗ
1箱1000円のタバコを日常的に吸っている＝それなりに資金的な余裕のある人間である＝将来的に良い顧客になり得るって言う図式は成り立つと思うんですが、どうなんでしょう？
まぁだいぶ話はずれますがｗｗｗ
個人的には段階を踏むかどうかってのは大きな問題ではないと思います。
遅かれ早かれ1000円になる事は決定してるのであればの話ですが。
それが適正価格を伺う意味での段階措置であれば意味はあると思いますけどね。
お酒から取らずにタバコから取る理由は1つ、タバコの方が取りやすいから。
またタバコ産業は半国営ですが、造酒産業は民営なので、タバコの方が業界の反発を抑えやすいというのもある。
立ち位置だけを考えれば、明らかに増税すべきはお酒です。
その健康被害の甚大さを鑑みればね。
タバコの発ガンへの関与は統計学的、疫学的に考えられているだけで、その機序は実はまだ解明されていません。
言ってしまえば、「タバコ吸ってる人ってがんになる人多いよねー」程度です。
それに対し、アルコールの過剰摂取から肝ガンへ発達する機序は医学的に証明されています。
またアルコール依存症は重度の心身症状も伴います。
どう考えたってアルコールの方が人間にとっては害なんですよね。
それでもそこから取り得ないのは、アルコールを嗜む人間の数が、タバコを嗜む人間の数に比べて相当に多く、反発もまた強い事が容易に想像されるからです。
過去のビールへの増税を見れば分かりますよね？
まぁそんな訳で「取りやすい所から取る」ってのが、今回の増税案の根本です。
ちなみに年金に金を回したいのなら、消費税などを上げるのが受益者負担から考えれば一番適当なんだけど、それは今の政界の状況を考えれば絶対にする事は出来ない訳で。
最終的には上げざるを得ないものだけど、少なくとも今のタイミングでやる事は自民党的に自殺行為に等しいため、まず実施される事はないでしょうね。

タバコ増税は慎重に進めるべき。私は喫煙者であるがただでさえ喫煙環境悪化の世の中、これを機に禁煙に向かう喫煙者は９０％以上になる予測。タバコ税は計算できる税金の一つであり、もし試算が狂った場合その貴重な税収も失うことになる。一度禁煙に成功したら二度と吸わないであろう。やっぱり値下げではもう遅い。国民に支持されるものから手を付けてきたという感じがするが、結局減収になった分他の税を大幅に上げてくるのは容易に想像できる。まさに安定的な税収を失う愚策としかいいようがない。

だったら先進国でいまだ消費税５％なんて低率なのも日本くらいなもんで。
全国民に課せられる消費税の値上げの方が、やり方としてはまだ納得できます。
どう考えても取り易い所に便乗しているだけのタバコ増税案には疑問符が
つきまといます。
私個人はタバコも酒もやりませんが、正直、「タバコ臭い」よりも
「酒臭い」方が不快に感じます。
酔っぱらいが平気で横行している街もどうかと思うし、
若者が道の真ん中で大騒ぎしていたり、飲酒運転による事故や急性アルコール中毒、酒税増税の方がよっぽどありがたいです。
飲酒での暴力事件は後を絶ちませんが、喫煙で治安が悪くなるわけではないでしょう。花見や花火大会の際の飲酒者のマナーの悪さなんかもよく報道されてますよね。
現在は歩行喫煙者もずいぶん減り、分煙の場所も多く設置されています。
これ以上彼らにだけ負担を強いるのはどう考えてもおかしいでしょ。
